I have some goals up my sleeve for the month of April. Will post those a little later. For now, I want to share what I am having for breakfast:

The Mix: Plain Vanilla yogurt with: Less than 1/2 cup of natural granola, a little bit of added raisins (for sweetness & fiber), pieces of fresh strawberries, sprinkled with some cinnamon on top. Two words: Rich & Nutritious. This morning I woke up craving something other than my usual cinnamon raisin bagel--so, I listened to my body.
