Anyways, just passing by to share the balanced/delish breakfast I prepared for myself this morning. It's been a while since I put time and effort in to my foods. I have seen a little bit too many restaurants this summer. Not that I'm complaining (loved every minute) but it comes a time where you want to prepare your own stuff:

Two boiled eggs with a tad bit of salt, 1/2 raisin bagel w/ 1 wedge of laughing cow spread, a small cup of plain black coffee (ran out of milk and I don't like sugar in my coffee) and a fruit salad. My plan was to eat the fruit at the end. However, I was satisfied enough with the eggs, bread and coffee that I'm saving the fruit for later.
Hope everyone is enjoying this labor day. How do you like to spend long weekends?
