The Return of the Lost Blogger

Back on my blogging grind. I missed this so much! This summer was filled with one too many activities that did not leave me time to spend on one of my favorite hobbies. But here I am again: Ready to return to this blogging journey. I also have a whole lot of catching up to do in reading my favorite blogs. So, this summer I…

1. Took 1 summer course (Business Communication I) which lasted 2 months, required a whole lot of work and the best part: core requirement for the MBA program w/ zero credits (non-credit courses should be illegal!)

2. Spent 2 weeks in the Dominican Republic visiting family, laying on the beach and eating one too many traditional dishes.

3. Spent four days in Las Vegas celebrating my BFFs birthday (amazing time)

…And I believe those were the highlights of my summer. Now im back to school, back to work, back to the mundane life. But I guess we all have to accept the good with the bad.

With that said, despite the fun times, this summer I’ve also neglected many of my favorite activities and is time to get back on track. Im also eager to post my daily eats as well as my “attempts” and successes at exercise; the postings keep me on track and conscious of what im doing to my body everyday.

To make things easier to post, I will be adding short hand notes after the summary of my last meal for each day:

W= water intake for the day which will be posted in ounces (im shooting for at least 51 ounces)
V= Confirms ive taken my multivitamin for the day (1 per day)
E= Minutes of exercise along with what kind of exercise ive done for the day (shooting for at least 30 mins 5 times a week—for now).

Next post I’ll update everyone with my eats for today 08/30/10.
