Hope everyone enjoyed their Sunday. Today was a good day for me. This morning I had some wholesome Kashi oatmeal for breakfast (added raisins & cinnamon) + a cup of herbal tea. I then went to church (love the peace it brings me!) and finally stopped by the supermarket afterwards to get some healthy foods for the week.
After I got home I had lunch which consisted of a turkey & cheese sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread. I also had a handful of tortilla chips on the side.
Couldn’t take a pic of the above because my camera was M.I.A for greater part of the day.
I spent the rest of the day studying and doing homework. I seriously cannot wait for this semester to be over! God help me!!!
As a snack during my studying spree I had a packet of 100 calorie chips ahoy snack & some orange juice.
I continue on my goal to eat healthy, move and get in to the best shape of my life. I’m living in the moment and enjoying every second of this process. I will share some photos with you guys on later postings.

It was delicious: Grilled pork on a bed of lettuce + tortilla. I also had a cup of yogurt shortly after.
Couldnt do any "formal" exercise today because of my studying. However, drank lots of water and ate healthy. Go mee. I continue on my path....
Cant wait for tomorrow! I hope the weather is nice so I can do my 2 mile walk. I think im starting to like Mondays—brings a feeling of “fresh starts” and “new beginnings”; don’t you think?
