Monday again J . I have to say, can’t complain. I really did have a wonderful productive weekend…
So, anyways, for the longest time I’ve been trying to figure out a way to wake up earlier to take full advantage of my days and get more things done. I remember reading a magazine article a while ago which recommended finding something “exciting” to do in the mornings that would serve as my motivation to get up (for some reason thinking about going in to work is not motivation enough!)
…Sooo, I think I found that “exciting” activity. This morning I woke up at 6:00am and completed a 15 minutes abs/body shaping workout (Gilad fitness DVD).
This might not sound too “appealing” but this is the story: One of my goals before the summer starts is to get my body in tip top shape. I’m a very goal oriented person so, doing something each day that will help me get closer to my goal is motivation enough.
After my mini workout (gotta start somewhere) I had plenty of time to get ready for work, prepare my breakfast and got to work on time and stress free!
Im planning to alternate my ab workouts for every other day….gotta find a motivation for Tuesdays & Thursdays, any ideas?
