Anyways…feeling real good & positive this morning. And so should you ;)
Dinner last night:

-Steamed vegetables (broccoli & mixed veggies)
-Side of Grilled Pork chops- made by my wonderful mother who is an amazing cook!! (Again, in moderation & taking advantage of yesterdays’ leftovers…)
-1/2 cup of homemade beans (love homemade beans, can you tell?!)
So, I drank about 4 Poland Spring small bottles of water yesterday.
Couldn’t do any “formal” exercise but did try to move around as much as possible.
I think I had a little bit of fruit before bed & while preparing today’s lunch.
