Week 1, Day 1
So today was one of my SUPER BUSY days. I am in graduate school so, Thursdays & Thursdays are a KILLER. However, considering I am super busy, for some reason it's easier for me to eat healthy and in moderation.
[It is usually when I have nothing to do and when I stay home just bumming around that I tend to eat like a crazy and just lay on the couch which in no way coincides with healthy living- Something that I am working on]
Anyways, so, I took the train to class as usual. Before my marketing class at around 7:30PM I had a 100 calorie chips ahoy snack. Not because of true hunger but to keep my metabolism going and also because last time I ate was lunch at around 2 o’clock.
Once I left class I had some trail mix (unsalted cashews & raisins) which I purchased for $1.25 at the subway station. Ok…I usually don’t like to buy stuff on the street but I needed a healthy snack and that seemed like a good option.
And finally, I drank about 60 OZ of water today (3- 20oz bottles).
Exercise: Walking up 10 flights of stairs to get to class & running around in NYC---That counts right?

So I guess I was so tired last night that I forgot to add what I had for dinner. And here it is:
-2 chicken fajitas (made with 100 calorie tortillas, lettuce/tomatoes, grilled chicken)
-Small garden salad w/ a little bit of olive oil, vinegar & salt
-Few grapes
Dinner was eaten at around 10:00pm once I got home from class. I know is late but I didn’t have much of a choice. Im thinking I shouldn’t be eating so late or perhaps adjust it so that dinner is lighter on the days when I have class (ie: a chicken salad, fruit). Will be working on that.
