Discipline & Organization

I seriously need to organize my time better. I've been late to work almost every Friday since I started Grad school. Mainly because I'm exhausted from the day before and I go to sleep late (need to work on this).

Note to Self: Discipline & Organization

Despite this morning's rush; thankfully I had prepared my lunch the night before. I also made breakfast while getting ready for work which saved me time.

Breakfast this Morning @8:30 am:
-2 Boiled Eggs w/ lil bit of salt (1/2 teaspoon-- or less)
-Cup of Green Tea

--Interim: Had a meeting at work from 9:30-11:00 so couldn’t finish my breakfast (I’m not really fond of those boring legal meetings)--

Breakfast (continued) @ around 11:00 am:
-1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel w/ a little bit of my usual cream cheese
-1 small cup of coffee with a little bit of regular milk
