For dinner, and after my 45 minute cardio work out at the gym, I had some yummy salmon:
I have been thinking about salmon for a while. I bought some about a week ago, seasoned it and put it in my freezer. I was finally able to enjoy it last night.
Im feeling sick and under the weather—blah! (ie: stuffy nose, cant breathe, headaches, etc). I figured some broccoli was needed to strengthen my immune system. Post dinner I also drank a home made Theraflu concoction: Boiled lemon juice (naturally squeezed), cinnamon and apple slices and in addition to adding a single dose of Theraflu to the mix I also added a green tea bag---and then I passed out. The end.
And this is what I'll continue to drink for the rest of the day:
