(Turkey & cheese sandwich on whole wheat paired up with some pita chips--which I LOVE...Had to really restraint myself not to eat the entire bag of pita chips).
And my yummy dinner--homemade chicken quesadillas (made with whole wheat tortilla, grilled chicken and low fat cheddar cheese):--NOTE: I got the chicken quesadilla idea from a blog I was reading earlier today. I cant remember the name of the blog :( but I promise to post it as soon as I remember or come across it again. Must give credit where credit is due!!!
Ok so step 1: Wheat tortilla on skillet (medium head) added the cheese + some grilled chicken.
Step 2: Let it "simmer"--nice and toasty (about 8-10 mins each side)
Serve it with your favorite side (or, in my case, the healthiest side dish you can find to balance it off...hehe):
Dinner was delicious.
Friday was a blah! kinda-day. Looking forward to a far better saturday :D
