Just wanted to pass by quickly and share what I had for dinner tonight.
PS: It was a long day: driving to work, driving back, taking the subway, two classes back to back, subway back to my apartment!!! AHHHHH thank god tomorrow is friday.
And here was dinner this evening:
Brown rice, Sautee Shirmp, steamed kale/brocoli. That entire meal took about 15 minutes to prepae/heat up.
PS: I think I over-did it with the Kale this week. What do you think??? hehe
