Seafood Feast

Wasn’t able to blog yesterday and Sunday I got home too late to do anything. Nonetheless, I wanted to share what I had on Sunday for late lunch/dinner.

I was able to spent some good quality time with the family at a Spanish restaurant in NYC :-)

My dad was craving lobster and I think he got enough in his system. What do you think?

I couldn’t decide what to get so, I ended up with Salmon again for the 2nd time this weekend. It was delicious and I even had some left over for Monday night dinner:

My mom opted for some fried fish with a side order of veggies and mashed potatoes. Her mashed potatoes were cold and she kept calling the fish “garbage fish”—let’s just say she’s had better:

Two out of three isn’t bad, right? The restaurant wasn’t bad overall. Perhaps next time we’ll try a new place. What’s your favorite seafood restaurant?

I was so stuffed after that meal that all I wanted to do was go home and relax in front of the TV. Unfortunately, I also had massive amount of homework to do. I would like to point out thought that I managed not to have any ‘extra snacks’ once I got home (my sweet tooth was M.I.A which is very odd—but thank god!).

Few hours after my meal, I made myself some Herbal Tea and watched some reality TV before doing some homework and going to bed.

Family time is always amazing no matter what we do!

  1. I thought that was a lobster roll pictured, but it was the whole lobster LOL!

I love Pappadeaux for seafood, although there is not one here where we live now.
