The combination of sandwich + smoothie that I had for lunch hit the spot more than I thought considering I didnt feel hungry for the rest of the afternoon. At around 8pm I figured I must eat something for dinner to round up my day.
So, I made myself something tasty:
The recipe: 2 medium size tortilla wraps, grilled chicken, a little bit of mozarella cheese (melted on top of the chicken) & romaine lettuce.
I also had a handful of wheat thins to accompany this. For some reason I always like to have something "crunchy" with my meals...
I ate pretty healthy today and drank my several cups of necessary water. Very proud of moi. I also got tons of errands done! Love productive days like today!
