So today for LUNCH I had my “usual”:
(@ around 2:40 PM- post walk)-
Turkey & cheese sandwich on two slices of 100% whole wheat bread-100 calorie cheetos snack

My mid-day snack @ around 5:20 PM (while still at work):

[Tangerine & Grape Fruit salad: Prepared @ home the night before; healthy snack]

My DELICIOUS Dinner:

I don’t know if it’s because I was starving but this tasted sooo good.
Chicken wrap, garden salad (w/ homemade dressing), ½ cup homemade beans
===>Water today was about 5 Poland Spring small bottles (nice job, right? :)
TODAY I found a new appreciation for myself & for life. I kind of reminded myself that I HAVE to live my life and forget about the negative opinions for others...usually those people are just unhappy with themselves.
Thank god for POSITIVE ENERGY. ;)
